Have you noticed the work of the people around you?
A plasterer, an architect, a construction worker, a laborer, a boss, a minister, etc.
The work of some people differs from the work of someone who works next to them (even if they are similar), and this is easily visible.
Some people do their work out of duty. Some do it out of fullness, and others do it out of compulsion.
And unfortunately, there are a few who do the work out of “love”! With love and interest. When they do that work, they enjoy it. They look at their product. Even a baker who loves his job, you can completely understand from the movements of his hands and body that he loves his job or not? How does he respond to the clients?
Have you seen that sometimes you might say to someone, “Is this also a job that you have?” Leave this job. This job does not even have an income. But have you seen that he smiles, tries to do his job correctly. He loves his job. Whoever loves his job will surely see good and win. The first sign and sign of winning is very simple:
He is happy.
He feels useful and important.
He feels like a valuable person.
His relationship with himself is good.
One of the few and important factors that affect lifespan is that you love your job.
In Japan, a study was conducted to find the secret of longevity; they have concluded that people who have a high lifespan have several things in common:
1- That they love their job.
2- That, on average, they have 45 minutes to 1 hour of physical activity per day.
Of course, there are other factors as well, which I will mention in their place.
Since I do not drive in Tehran, I use the taxi service more, and I learn a lot from them on the routes that I travel with these drivers. When I was talking about this issue with one of them, he told me an interesting real story. He said:
“I have two uncles. Before the revolution, they worked in a restaurant. In that restaurant, a customer who was an old man had come. My uncles, who had learned to respect the elders and loved their work, when the customer came there, they loved their customers (even though it was not theirs and they were waiters in that restaurant). Whatever this gentleman ordered, my uncles brought it to him. When he wanted to leave, he asked them how much his bill was? His bill was 11 tomans (which was a lot at that time).
The two brothers told him it would be 11 tomans, but you can pay 10 tomans. The old man looked at the two young men and gave them 15 tomans and said: The rest is your tip. When he wanted to leave, he gave them his address and said: Visit me tomorrow.
He had a position and job in one of the big government companies of that time. My uncles went to him the next day, and the old man hired both of them and gave them a decent job. A job that they also liked.
His uncles retired last year, and their nephew, who was a taxi driver, said: My uncles always pray for that old man, and I, who am a taxi driver, try to do my job well, love it and enjoy it. I respect my passenger. I try to make this short trip an unforgettable trip.
Stories may not always reward us so quickly; but the most important reward is that:
You and I are satisfied with ourselves when we do a work that we love passionately. Not for the sake of earning a reward, but for your own sake and for the fact that you believe in that work.

Why do we care about everything and everyone except our own opinion about ourselves?
That at night we sleep and think to ourselves, have we done the right thing or the wrong thing during the day?
Most of the time, we convince ourselves to do the wrong things.
All of these are made up!
Choose a job that you love. If you don’t love it and are forced to do it, please try to love that job instead of being forced to do it. Even a very simple task like waxing and sweeping.
Ladies of the house!
Most of you are in love.
With all this busy work inside and outside, you clean and tidy your house.
You wash and clean everything.
Be happy with yourself.
If I work lovingly, if I am responsible, things will be done correctly.
Love has a scent and smell.
We are in a closed circuit!
You are in any job and profession. If you love your job, if you like your job, be sure that that simple worker, that employee, that lady, that girl or boy, will benefit from the result of your work, and your love will flow in him and give him a hope and enthusiasm and respect for himself. And the same love is transmitted in his work to the next person. And when you look closely, you will see that if you get into a car, if you go to a bank, or if you go to the municipality, you will see the reflection of your own love. They may not even know you. But you and I are influential.
Let us know who and what we are and what we are doing, and convey this to our children as well.
Include in the education of our children that:
Serving the country and the city and the company in which we work.
If we are in a family, let us accept responsibility.
Children who are in schools should learn to do volunteer work. Do things that they like. And do it without pay and only for the purpose of serving:
To the best of of their ability, clean the school, or go and clean the jungle or the beach. These are their water and soil. It belongs to them.
A doctor becomes a doctor, or an engineer becomes an engineer who loves his work. Not just for the title! Not for the degree and money! Money will come by itself. Love your work.

I ask myself:
If you have all the money in the world, position and fame, but you are not happy, what will it do for you?
We all earn these so that we are satisfied with ourselves and respect ourselves.
If they give me all the money, but I don’t like my job, that job has no meaning at all.
If the arrangement of people is such that they love their work (in the factory or company or organization), things will be facilitated.
And the art of the manager and management and the leadership system is to put the arrangements correctly so that people enjoy their position.
Pay attention to the recruitment:
Hire those who love that job for the job.
Let us come:
Let us practice loving, working lovingly, working with sincerity and love.
Let us encourage those who work like this. Instead of complaining to people who work badly, let us encourage the person who works well.
Let us help to have a better society.
Its goodness and blessing will return to us.
In my opinion, this whole world revolves on the shoulders of lovers.
We are all dependent on love.
Those who work with love run the world.
Yours sincerely
